School Capacity

The capacity of the school including the nursery is 236. The school is organised into the three stages. The Early Years Foundation Stage which includes the Nursery and Reception classes. Key Stage 1 which includes Year 1 and 2. Key Stage 2 which includes four classes: Years 3, 4, 5 and 6.

The admission number is 26 children for nursery and 30 children for Reception and Years 1 to 6.

Admission Arrangements

Admissions to Wardley CE Primary School are handled by Salford City Council. Here is a link to the appropriate page on their website:

Parents of children wishing to enter Wardley CE School should make an application directly to the Local Authority. Application forms are available from Salford City Council Children’s Services Directorate or the school office.

If admissions intake is over-subscribed then the Admissions Department will apply the Admissions Policy. There is no right of appeal for Nursery admissions to school
