Year 6 Football Match Report

Date: 10th Oct 2025 @ 3:49pm

On Tueasday, our Year 6 football team played two exciting matches, showing great determination, skill, and above all, teamwork.

In both games, we created some excellent chances going forward. Our players worked hard to find space, move the ball quickly, and take opportunities in front of goal. While we had moments of strong attacking play, the most important thing to come out of these matches was the way we played together.

Everyone on the pitch gave their all, not just for themselves, but for the team. Players supported one another, tracked back when needed, and encouraged their teammates throughout. Even when things didn’t go our way, the team showed fantastic resilience, keeping heads up and battling on until the final whistle.

These two matches were a real demonstration of what sport is all about — working hard, sticking together, and never giving up. Well done to all involved!
