Year 3 - Easter Cards

Date: 25th Mar 2021 @ 3:27pm

Dear Parents and Carers,

After a week of Maths and English tests, what better way to wind-down than by getting creative.

Easter commemorates the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is the most important Christian festival, and the one celebrated with the greatest joy.  There are lots of ways we can celebrate Easter, one of those is to make cards.

The children have designed and assembled their own cracked eggs and created the mechanism that makes a chick pop out. They had so much fun making their cards and worked together so well.

For the rest of this half term, we will be remaining in creative mode by designing, stitching, sewing and embroidering fantastic bags that we are making as part of our Spring Design and Technology.  Watch this space.

I hope you all have a wonderful Easter break.

The children thoroughly deserve a rest.
