Wellbeing Day Success
Date: 23rd Apr 2026 @ 4:06pm
We are delighted to share the success of our recent Wellbeing Day, held on the first day back after half term. The day is linked to the NHS 5 Ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give.
Classes across the school took part in a range of engaging activities, including mindful nature walks, gratitude circles, sound mapping and outdoor sketching. Pupils also enjoyed mindfulness sessions, team games and learning new skills together. Acts of kindness and classroom appreciation activities helped to build positive relationships and a strong sense of community.
Both children and staff thoroughly enjoyed the day. Pupils spoke enthusiastically about the activities and many said they are already looking forward to the next Wellbeing Day.
We are proud to continue making wellbeing a priority in our school.
