Team 1’s Amazing Zoolab Experience

Team 1 had an exciting and memorable visit from Zoolab, bringing a range of fascinating creatures right into the classroom!

The children had the opportunity to handle some incredible animals, including cockroaches, a snake, a giant land snail, and even a tarantula. They were amazed to learn just how resilient cockroaches are.  They learnt that they can survive extreme conditions, including being dropped from the world's tallest building, walking through fire and even being left in a freezer for 24 hours!

Throughout the session, the children demonstrated our school value of courage. Many of them challenged themselves to hold or touch the animals, even if they felt a little nervous at first.

It was a fantastic hands-on learning experience and all of the children should be very proud of themselves.
