Lowry MAPAS concert

Throughout this year, year four children have been learning to play the ukulele as part of our music curriculum. This has allowed them to develop confidence, work together as a team and build their wellbeing, as well as learning musical skills.

Today, all that hard work paid off as they went to the Lowry Theatre to participate in the MAPAS Summer Showcase concert. The children played, sang and stamped their way through four fantastic songs and proudly celebrated the skills they have built. This is hopefully the start of a lifelong musical journey.
