Butterflies

Today in Nursery, the children were delighted to release our butterflies outdoors after spending several weeks observing their incredible life cycle. The children have enjoyed observing each stage as they transformed from caterpillars to chrysalises and finally into butterflies. Releasing the butterflies was a wonderful experience and the children watched with great excitement as they spread their wings and flew away. It has been a lovely opportunity to learn about the natural world and lifer cycles through first-hand experience.
