Butterflies in Nursery!

Date: 9th Jul 2021 @ 3:24pm

Today we had a very exciting day  in Nursery!

A few weeks ago, we brought some caterpillars into the classroom to look after. We watched them as they ate food, grew and changed. They built themselves cocoons and stayed that way for a long time until, at last, they emerged as beautiful butterflies.

Today, we released our butterflies outside. Some butterflies even landed on a few lucky children!

Enjoy the photographs!
