30.09.21 COLLECTIVE WORSHIP - TRUSTWORTHINESS.

Date: 4th Oct 2021 @ 10:40am

Over this half-term we are looking at the Christian value of trust. In our collective worship this week we thought about what tMary was such an important person for so many Christians. The children had some fantastic ideas:

‘Mary is special because when she was young she trusted God.’ Freddie Y2.

‘Mary was the mother of Jesus. She trusted God. She is kind and she had faith. She protected Jesus with her heart and that is why Mary is special to Christians.’ James Y3.

‘Mary is so special because she is the mother of Jesus and she trusted God and loved him. She is also special because she raised Jesus and looked after him.’’ Charlie B Y4.

‘I think Mary is a very special person to so many Christians because she was a poor, kind, ordinary person who was a role model for others and she got a very special gift in return .’ Evie T Y5.

‘Mary is very special to millions of Christians because she was just an ordinary woman but God put his trust in her and she gave birth to Jesus.’ Jay Y6.
