Class: Reception Year: 2018-2019
In Reception we are having lots of fun exploring number. We are counting things which cannot be moved, by touch counting and we are using ‘move and count’ to count different groups of objects. We are counting things from larger groups and selecting the correct numerals to represent these sets of objects. We are also recognising numbers to 20 and beyond. In addition to this, we are ‘having a go’ at recording these larger numbers.
