Zoolab

Date: 28th May 2021 @ 8:11am

We had an exciting morning on Tuesday this week. Dominique from Zoolab came to visit and brought lots of different minibeasts for us to observe and touch!

Before the session the children thought of many questions to ask about the animals and were so excited to find out the answers. We learnt about how long the animals live for, what they eat and where they live.

The children were able to observe closley and touch some minibeasts such as a milipede, a stick insect and an African land snail.

The children loved talking about their favourite part of the session and enjoyed telling us the names of the animals such as Sarah and Samantha the stick insects. Ask your child if they can remember any of the names of the animals that we met!
