Today marked the 80th anniversary of VE Day (Victory in Europe Day) and Wardley celebrated in style!
All of the children looked fantastic in their red, white and blue outfits and they enjoyed a special assembly and lunch to mark the occasion.
In the afternoon, Vera Lynn's 'We'll meet again' played out, as we all waved our flags and headed out onto the school field. The children enjoyed cakes and drinks and showed off their fabulous dance moves.
