Good mornng Year 4.

I hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday. I have decided to try and learn some new skills whilst working from home so I am learning how to play the guitar. I am not doing so well at the moment but practice makes perfect!

I have given you two more Mathletics tasks to complete today- please make sure you are completing these. I was very pleased to see a lot of you are scoring 100%. I was very impressed. Remember to keep practising your spellings and your 4s and 8 times tables.

I want us to try and learn another new word today beginning with 'B'. Mine is 'berated' which means to critisise (tell someone their faults) angrily. 'Mum berated me for making a mess.'

I will now be posting a writing task every Tuesday on Thursday on School Spider. Have a look on there for today's task.

One last thing! I asked you to look at Andy Warhol yesterday and what his work was like. He has done a very famous picture of a Campbell's tin of soup. Can you find a can or tin in your house and do an accurate drawing of it and make it bright and colourful?

Keep safe Year 4!
