Good morning Year 4. I hope you all had a good day yesterday. I’m looking forward to reading about what you have all been getting up to.

I have set two more Mathletics tasks for you to do. Please make sure you are completing these. Remember, you can do them more than once so if you struggled the first time round, have another go and see if you can improve your score. Don’t forget to be practising your spellings and your times tables on times tables Rockstars.

I have set you a writing task on School Spider so please have a look at that at some point today and post it for me to read. I give you all comments on your work so make sure to have a look and see what I thought!

For your creative task, keeping on the theme of supporting our NHS, I would like you to design some artwork for the new North West Nightingale Hospital in Manchester. They are asking children to use all the colours of the rainbow to create their artwork that could be displayed in the hospital. Get your creative hats on!

If someone has a Twitter account, you can share a photo of these directly with the hospital by tweeting them to @NHSNW using the hashtag #NHSNightingaleNW and post them on the School Spider under Creative tasks for me to see.

Have a great day!

Miss Hay P.S. the pictures are to help you with your writing task. Have a look at the homeowrk task to see what I would like you to do.
