Hi Year 4,

I thought I had written a reminder to say that I wouldn't be blogging yesterday as I was in school  but I seem to have missed it off (sorry!).

I'm going to go for a ride on the horse I look after today and I can't wait! We are also having a birthday party in my house so I'm making a homemade McDonald's Big Mac burger, chicken nuggets and chips AND salted caramel cupcakes. Mmmmmm.

I have set you two new Mathletic tasks and Maths No Problem is Workbook 4B, Chapter 10, Lesson 3- Converting Units of Mass.

Your English task is...

Imagine that when we go back to school, you have been put in charge of adding one new school rule. This can be anything you like! BUT you have to persuade me to let you have this new rule.

Think about how you can persuade me. You can ask rhetorical questions or use emotive language and make sure your reasons are very clear.

I have posted this in the homework section too.

There is also the discussion, creative task, times tables rockstars and spellings to be getting on with.

Have a brilliant day!

Miss Hay :)
