The Wardley Way - Courage

Date: 9th Sep 2019 @ 3:28pm

Last week, each class created art work for the school hall based on one of the five values of The Wardley Way. Our value was courage and we looked at the Bible quotation ‘Be bold, be brave and be courageous’ Joshua 1:9.

The children created some lovely art work and I was very impressed with the thoughtful responses they gave about this value. We discussed what it means and why it is important to show courage. The children then created a flower with either a definition or example of a time when they or someone they know has shown courage.

Here is a picture of our class display – well done year four!
