The Five Ways to Wellbeing Assembly

Date: 1st Feb 2024 @ 12:13pm

I am excited to share with you the incredible accomplishment of our Wellbeing Champions who took to the stage and led an assembly on the “The Five 5 Ways to Wellbeing." As Wellbeing Champions from years one to six, our children have demonstrated a remarkable understanding and commitment to promoting happiness and health in our school community.

The Five 5 Ways to Wellbeing, as explained by our pupils, are simple yet powerful strategies that can significantly improve our overall wellbeing. The children highlighted the importance of these essential practices and shared practical ways to incorporate them into our daily lives. Their dedication to spreading this message is truly commendable, and I couldn't be prouder of their efforts. You can find out more information on the Five Ways to Wellbeing on our website area under Mental Health and Wellbeing.

As parents and carers, we play an integral role in reinforcing these principles at home. By encouraging our children to continue practicing The Five Ways to Wellbeing, we can help them cultivate a positive and resilient mindset that will serve them well throughout their lives.

Thank you again, to our wonderful Wellbeing Champions, for all their hard work and thank you to our parents and carers for all your support!

Wishing you all peace and wellness,

Ms Mitchell :-)
