Nature-based activities

Date: 9th Jun 2023 @ 3:46pm

Team 1 have had great fun participating in nature-based activities, which have been shown to have numerous benefits on our wellbeing.

First, we have been hugging trees. This may sound a bit odd, but it has been shown to have wonderful health benefits. Not only does it help us connect with nature, but it can also help us to feel calm and relaxed.

Second, we have been walking barefoot on the grass. Walking on the grass helps to awaken our senses and connect with the natural world in a simple way. It can help also help us to feel calm and it promotes relaxation while providing a natural boost of energy.

By embracing the natural world around us, we feel more grounded and connected in our surroundings. We are excited to see our children benefitting from these activities and look forward to continuing to support their wellbeing throughout their school journey.
