Investigating Materials and their Properties

Date: 6th Dec 2022 @ 4:26pm

In Science we have been finding out about materials and their properties.  Today, we did an experiment to find out which objects and materials we could bend, squash, twist and stretch.  Then we decided why it would be useful for some materials to be able to change their shape but why it would not be useful for other materials to be able to change their shape.  We had lots of fun bending, squashing, twisting and stretching different materials.  Although we wanted to prove that metal was strong and didn't actually bend, we all suddenly got superhuman strength and managed to bend every single spoon!!
