Anti-bullying Week

Date: 17th Nov 2023 @ 12:49pm

This week we have embraced Anti-bullying Week here at Wardley CE Primary School.

Our School Council has visited each class to discuss bullying and to carry out our annual safety surveys, children were invited to come into school wearing 'odd socks' to help celebrate difference, our key stage 2 pupils watched a drama about bullying and how to promote an anti-bullying attitude in school from the wonderful B Tales and lots of pupils have completed work in their PSHE journals to show their understanding and to promote our whole stance on anti-bullying.

Take a look at the photos below to see some of our student's wonderful work, The B Tales in action and some of the amazing odd socks worn by children of our school.

Well done to everyone who has taken part this week; we have had lots of positive feedback and teachers are confident that all pupils in our school know what to do if they or someone they know is being bullied.

Make some noise Wardley - always speak out!
