20.09.21 COLLECTIVE WORSHIP - TRUSTWORTHINESS.

Date: 28th Sep 2021 @ 1:37pm

Over this half-term we are looking at the Christian value of trust. In our collective worship this week we thought about what the consequences of letting somebody down would be. The children had some fantastic ideas:

‘If I let someone down they may feel sad, upset, disappointed or let down.’ Y1 class.

‘If I didn’t do what someone had asked me to do then they might not trust me again.’ Kayal Y2.

‘If you let someone down the consequences might be that they wouldn’t talk to you and they might feel betrayed and disappointed.’ Charlie S Y3.

‘You might lose a good friend. They might not believe you or trust you. People might feel sad, anxious or disappointed.’’ Tyler Y4.

‘The consequence of letting someone down is that they won't rely on you again. It is very hard to gain trust back. They would be very disappointed.’ Harmony Y5.

‘If I let someone down I would feel guilty knowing that I had let them down. If someone let me down I would feel upset’ Emilia Y6.
