Ethos Committee

Our Ethos committee helped establish our school vision and now its role is in ensuring that this vision and the values within our 'Wardley Way' drive our school community forward.  The committee meets every half-term to consult with the infant and junior classes and look at how it can do this.  It also helps us review and develop our collective worship. The committee produces a newsletter about their work which is shared with our wider school community.

At the start of every year, the pupils who would like to stand for a post on the committee are given the chance to deliver a speech to their classmates about why they would be a good representative for the class. The children then vote for who they want their class ethos committee member to be.
